How quotations, deposits, invoices, payments and refunds work with Apex Four Ventures.
Who we are
Apex Four Ventures (Private) Limited (registration no. 84313A0222026), Harare, Zimbabwe. These terms apply to quotations, invoices and payments for our services, alongside anything specific written in your quotation. If your quotation says something different, the quotation applies.
Quotations
Each quotation states the price, what is included and the date it is valid until. Work is agreed when you accept the quotation in the client portal or confirm it to us in writing.
Deposits
If a deposit is needed before work starts, the amount is shown on the quotation or invoice.
Paying invoices
Each invoice shows its due date and how to pay. Every payment is recorded against the invoice and you receive a numbered receipt.
Ways to pay
Open "Pay this invoice" from the invoice in the client portal, the link in the invoice email, or the document check page. Depending on the invoice you can pay online through Paynow or Pesepay, by bank transfer, or in cash. Card details and mobile-money PINs are entered on the payment provider's own page — we never see them. A receipt is issued automatically once an online payment is confirmed. For a bank transfer or cash payment, tell us on the payment page; we issue the receipt once we have checked the money arrived.
If money left your account but you did not get a receipt, do not pay again: email customercare@apexfourventures.co.zw with the invoice number and the payment reference, and we will check it with the provider.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel work, tell us as soon as possible. We will agree the next steps with you in writing.
Refunds
If you believe money is owed back to you, contact us with the invoice and receipt numbers. Any refund we agree is recorded against your invoice and you receive a refund receipt.
Delivery and sign-off
Finished work is shared in your client portal, where you can approve it or ask for changes.
Checking our documents
Every quotation, invoice, receipt and credit note carries a reference and QR code. Check any of them at apexfourventures.co.zw/verify.
